Real Estate Licensing

ERA American Brokers is a satellite office for Rockwell Institute, a program offering an on-line, state accredited course to get you ready to take the Washington State Real Estate Licensing Exam.  This is a 60 hour Washington Real Estate Fundamentals training program that offers internet access to the school website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  ERA will get you started providing you with the Rockwell program CD, user name and password, and a workbook to help you with your studies.

 The CD you will receive will update your computer to Windows Explorer 6.0 and put a Rockwell icon on your desktop for easy access.  Once you log-on, Rockwell will keep track of your hours and test scores.  You can take the quizzes or exams as many times as you would like before the state exam. If you finish your course in less than 60 hours, a total of 60 hours of class time is still needed to complete your training. You have to score at least 70% on your final exam and have taken the quiz at the end of each section before you are eligible to take the state exam.  The Washington Real Estate Fundamentals on-line training is $295.00; this includes the tax and course materials.  The cost of the state exam is currently $138.25.

ERA has experienced and helpful agents and staff in the office who will answer questions for you, should you need any additional help.  After you obtain your license, if you choose to work with ERA, we offer an on-going training program and have a mentoring program.  All new agents will receive one full year of one on one training with an experienced agent.
